These documents of the deceased will be helpful:
  • Original personal identification or passport for the undertaker at the place of death
  • Copy of the birth and marriage certificate or family register
  • Health insurance card
  • Destination address or contact information of the undertaker at the home town or place of burial
  • registration certificate as proof of residence, upon consultation
  • burial certificate, cemetery certificate or urn request, if necessary
